

The welfare of all the children who play with Na Piarsaigh GAA, Camogie and Ladies Gaelic Football will always be our number one priority whether it is during games or training. The club is committed to creating and maintaining the safest possible environment for all young people who wish to participate in our games and activities.
The club’s duty and responsibilities is to ensure that the young people who join our club benefit from, and participate in our Gaelic Games in a safe, enjoyable and developmental environment. Our Games are conducted in the finest spirit of fair play, respect for one another and above all in non discriminating and safe way. All our members in each branch of the association has a responsibility to accept and implement this Code of Behaviour (Underage) and how it directs us in this work.

Coach/Volunteer Requirements
All volunteers working with underage players must have the following qualifications:
· Garda Vetting
· Safeguarding 1 certificate
· Introduction to Coaching certificate (if in a coaching role)
